What I think?

We need an overhaul of the medical and fitness department. Our key players are getting injured too often and it is affecting our performance on the pitch. We need to invest in better medical staff and facilities to ensure our players are fit and healthy throughout the season.

The list could go on and on. But the point is, we need to take care of our players and ensure they are in top condition to perform at their best. Currently, we can not boast of having a fully fit first 11 even with the season not yet started and this didn't start today, it's been so for a while now. Then let's fix the defense and see where we can go from there, cause truly the only first 11 player I see in that defense is Reece James, any other is a 2nd 11 kind of player we are having to make do with because see how we've gone from Carvalho,Rudiger, Koulibaly, Thiago Silva, to Hato🤦‍♂️, no disrespect meant towards the player but you do see the margins.
